The Bean Family Quilt Collection

The Quilt Collection was a gift from the Estate of Martha Honican, a Bean family descendant. The quilts contain beautiful patterns and colors consisting of Baskets, the Lonestar, the Double Wedding Ring and much more.

Two of the oldest quilts are signed and dated by Miss Mattie Bean. There are also china dolls from the 1800's - the oldest doll was given to two-year-old Mary E. Bean in 1835.... and also many pieces of furniture from the Bean family. What a wonderful gift for Clark County.
