So is the Queen's incredible journey from the West Coast and her rescue from an act of Congress in 1970, allowing steamboat travel to continue on the Ohio and Mississippi Rivers. Unfortunately, the Delta Queen lost a more recent fight in Congress to continue overnight passenger cruises. Today the steamboat is a floating hotel in Chattanooga, Tennessee.
